Hytek have expanded this month – by doubling the amount of extra outdoor storage!
Hytek is the sole UK distributor for UPP pipework and by doubling the amount of extra storage, Hytek can continue to supply customers with what they need in the timeframe required. This means that Hytek can now hold even more products in stock, resulting in a better availability of products for customers. Originally, the yard was 81 square feet – a MASSIVE extra 88 square feet has been added. With deliveries to the Hytek hub increasing, you can rest assured it’ll never be empty!
Enhancements to the UPP fittings range have just been announced, a new generation of biofuel compatible electrofusion fittings called the 90 series will be available shortly. UPP pipework is now made from a higher density polyethylene, meaning that the wall thickness can be reduced whilst the pipe still maintains its strength resulting in a higher flowrate and decreased resistance. It is also now UV stabalised, making all sizes of UPP pipe safe to be used above ground where they may be exposed to UV light.
